Massage is one of our oldest natural healing therapies, it promotes and balances our health and well-being. Relaxation massage especially is designed to restore and rejuvenate body and mind.  It works primarily with our nervous system, and is a soothing body treatment with many benefits.

Jo has a Diploma in Wellness and Relaxation Massage (Level 5) and is currently (2021) in full time study at NZCCM – Dip Remedial Massage L6. 

A treatment session is 60 minutes, please allow an extra 15 minutes for your first appointment.
