Jo has a Diploma in Wellness and Relaxation Massage (Level 5) and is trained in relaxation, deep tissue, myofascial release, palliative, and sports massage and in postural and movement analysis. When you book in for your massage your treatment session will be tailored to you. A treatment session is 60 minutes, please allow an extra 15 minutes for your first apppointment.
