Tēnā koe, I am no longer teaching public classes, and I know it is hard to find out about all the classes we have on offer here in Te Awakairangi (Lower Hutt) and Orongomai (Upper Hutt), so have made this wee resource for you of all the classes I know of.  Check our your local gym’s also as they often have classes.  I’m sure there are other wonderful teachers and classes that I do not know of, if you know of any or if you are a teacher and would like to be listed here, please email me [email protected]  Studios and classes are listed in no particular order, and there is a separate section for pregnancy and meditation.
