Yoga ki Te Awaikarangi me Orongmai

Yoga Classes in the Hutt Valley

Daily āsana practice is an experience that can shape the moments that follow, and repeated regularly, it has the potential to shape the way we live out life. With breath and movement (and sometimes sound and intention) as our tools, āsana invites us to become increasingly present and conscious.  This definition reminds us that āsana is doing something to us, and it invites us to experience something of our essential nature. You and I are invited to become who we are”. – Amanda Green

Tēnā koe, I am no longer teaching public classes, and I know it is hard to find out about all the classes we have on offer here in Te Awakairangi (Lower Hutt) and Orongomai (Upper Hutt), so have made this wee resource for you of all the classes I know of.  Check our your local gym’s also as they often have classes.  I’m sure there are other wonderful teachers and classes that I do not know of, if you know of any or if you are a teacher and would like to be listed here, please email me [email protected]  Studios and classes are listed in no particular order, and there is a separate section for pregnancy and meditation.
