Practice
Energy The Spark of Life & Universal Goddess – Swami Muktibodhananda
Light On Yoga – BKS Iyengar
There are so many books on yogasana, these two are great, Light on Yoga is considered to be a seminal text on asana practice, and I love Swami Muktibodhananda book Energy the Spark of Life as it gives great instructions on asana, but also is a wonderful text on other aspects of yoga.
Find a teacher you like and get their book, take books out of the library, and find what technique and style work for you.
